1. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales of digital products, bundles, and software assets on this website are final. Once the payment is confirmed and access is granted, we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds under normal circumstances. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned," and therefore, the purchase is non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, approve a refund only in the following specific cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product/bundle twice within a 24-hour period, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
  • Verified Fraudulent Activity: If a transaction is proven to be unauthorized or fraudulent by our payment processor.
  • Critical Technical Failure: If the digital file is corrupted or the download link fails to work, and our support team is unable to provide a working alternative within 7 business days of being notified.

3. Refund Request Timeline

Any request for a refund based on the "Exceptional Circumstances" mentioned above must be submitted via email to founder@xoraa.in within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained under any circumstances.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since our system provides instant access to the digital assets immediately upon payment, cancellation of an order is not possible once the transaction is completed. Please review the product description and "What’s Inside" details carefully before making a purchase.

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking). Please note that it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing from xoraa.in, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in the immediate and permanent blacklisting of your email and IP address from our platform.
