License Terms

By purchasing or accessing any digital products from xoraa.in, you are granted a Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR) license. This agreement between you and Amit Kumar (the Owner) defines how you may use, modify, and monetize the purchased digital assets.

1. Permitted Usage Rights

Under this license, you are granted broad permissions to use the digital products. You are allowed to:

• Modify & Rebrand: Edit, customize, and rebrand the products as your own.
• Resell: Sell the products/bundles to your own customers and keep 100% of the profits.
• Bundle: Include these products as part of a larger bundle or offer them as bonuses for other products.
• Commercial Use: Use the assets within your business systems, marketing materials, or client projects.

2. License Restrictions

While the license is broad, the following restrictions apply to protect the integrity of our service:

• Brand Protection: You may NOT use the name "xoraa.in" or "Amit Kumar" to market or sell the products. You must sell them under your own brand identity.
• No Warranty: You may not imply that xoraa.in provides any support or warranty to your end-customers.
• Ownership: You own the license to use and resell, but the original authorship of the raw source files remains with the respective creators/Owner.

3. Income & Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific financial results, income, or business success from the use or resale of these products. Any income claims or examples provided on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Your success depends on your own marketing efforts, business model, and market conditions.

4. Digital Delivery & No Physical Goods

All products are strictly digital assets. No physical shipment will be made to Purani Bus Stand, Banka or any other location. Access is provided instantly via electronic delivery. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software to open and edit the digital files.

5. Third-Party End-Users

If you choose to resell these products, you are solely responsible for providing customer support, handling refunds, and managing technical issues for your buyers. Amit Kumar holds no liability or obligation towards any third party who purchases the product from you.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Owner be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the licensed products. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product bundle.

7. Acceptance

By completing your purchase on xoraa.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these License Terms.
